UHL again most overcrowded hospital in the country

383 people are on trolleys in hospitals across the country today.

Once again University Hospital Limerick is the most overcrowded in the country.

According to the INMO the Dooradoyle hospital – which serves North Tipperary, Limerick and Clare – has 50 people waiting for beds.

It’s followed by Cork University Hospital where 36 people are on trolleys.

South Tipp General in Clonmel has 15 patients in being cared for around the Emergency Department or in overflow areas of wards.
