HSE under fire over swine flu jab controversy

A Tipperary man says nothing surprises him about the HSE anymore – following news emerging today about the swine flu vaccine.

Some people in Ireland may have received a double dose of the controversial jab after it was re-issued by the HSE in 2011.

According to the Irish Independent, stockpiles of it were given to doctors to compensate for a low supply of the normal winter flu jab.

Mark Hayde’s daughter Jenna has suffered from narcolepsy since she received the vaccine – despite some doctors initially claiming she was just a lazy child.
