403 people are waiting for a bed in hospitals across the country today.
37 of them are in facilities serving Tipperary
The highest figure is at Midlands Regional Hospital in Tullamore where 47 people are waiting on trolleys.
That’s followed by Cork University Hospital and Letterkenny University Hospital on 30.
According to the INMO 23 patients are without a bed at University Hospital Limerick which serves North Tipp.
Frontline staff at South Tipp General in Clonmel report 14 people waiting for a bed today.
