479 people are waiting for a bed in Irish hospitals this afternoon.

The INMO says once again University Hospital Limerick is the worst affected by overcrowding with 64 patients on trolleys.

This is closely followed by CUH in Cork with 63.

The nursing union reports 14 people who have been admitted to TUH in Clonmel do not have a bed today.
