The proposals from Brendan Galvin were first submitted in mid-April of 2015.
He sought permission to build 8 two-storey houses made up of 2 detached and 6 semi-detached at Millersbrook on the Borrisokane Road in the town.

A number of submission and observations were lodged with the Tipperary County Council during the planning process.
Permission has now been granted by the local authority subject to 24 conditions.
