The ICSA says the talks could lead to significant cuts to CAP payments and the number of EU commissioners.
It's concerned that farmers here will suffer as a direct result of BREXIT.
The organisation is calling on the Irish Government to highlight concerns of the agriculture sector in particular during the course of the talks.
