Drink driving remains a problem in Tipperary if the latest Garda figures are anything to go by.
A significant number of arrests were made on the roads of the Premier County over the Christmas period.
Gardaí were out in force over the festive season in a bid to clamp down on driving offences.
According to Inspector Eddie Golden nearly 20 motorists were arrested in Tipperary under drink driving legislation between Xmas Eve and New Years Eve.
