Gardai renew appeal for information on fatal Nenagh crash.

Gardai are continuing their investigations into the two car crash on the Borrisokane road which claimed the lives of husband and wife Michael and Carmel Flannery of Ballintotty – the couple will be laid to rest after 12 noon Mass in Nenagh tomorrow.

Their son , who was a back seat passenger in the car, was seriously injured in the crash which happened at around 5.30 on Friday evening.

The driver of the second car – a woman in her 30's – was also injured in the collision.

Gardai in Nenagh are appealing to anyone who witnessed the crash at Grange about a kilometre from the town or who may have been in the area at the time to contact them on 067 31333.

This brings to nine the number of people killed on the roads of Tipperary this year.
