Raonaid's body was found at Silchester Crescent in Glenageary, Dublin – less than 500 metres from her home in the early hours of September 4th 1999.
Gardai say they've recently spoken again with a number of her close friends, and remain fully committed to the investigation.
They also say they want to speak to anyone who has any doubts about the alibis provided by others.
