Clonmel Gardaí have arrested a man in relation to a fatal car crash on Tuesday morning.
The 20 year old man was taken into custody this morning and is being held under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, at Clonmel Garda Station.
28 year old Daniel Conroy was killed when the car, in which he was a passenger, left the Clonmel to Fethard road at Rathronan around 1.20am on Tuesday morning.
The driver, a 20 year old man, was taken to South Tipperary Hospital with non life threatening injuries.
