Garda advice for those attending the Gravity Festival

With the Gravity Festival set to kick off in Cahir tomorrow, revellers are being advised not to leave valuables in their cars. 

The two day event includes a concert tomorrow while on Sunday, the Cannonball run will make its way to the South Tipp town around lunchtime. 

Thousands of people are expected to attend the festival, those planning to drive are being warned to park in the designated areas, and to take anything that could attract thieves out of their cars. 

Inspector Eddie Golden of Cahir Gardaí is also warning people that alcohol will not be allowed to be taken into the concert venue.
