Future of Nenagh Arts Centre uncertain

Efforts to secure the future of Nenagh Arts Centre are underway. 

The board of the Centre on Banba Square in the North Tipp town has put the company into liquidation due to a lack of resolution with the contractor over work on the building.

An extraordinary general meeting of the members of the company is to be held on September 20th next to pass a resolution to wind it up and appoint a liquidator.

However, Tipperary Labour TD Alan Kelly says he believes a solution will be found.
