The fire broke out at the Thomas Street site around 7 o'clock in the evening; the emergency services were called to the scene at 7.30.
Two units from the Clonmel Fire Station attended the incident…the fire was brought under control by 10pm.
It's understood an investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing.
