The Finance Minister has warned there’ll always be constraints on our economy – no matter how well the recovery is going.
Paschal Donohoe will reveal his preliminary plans for the Budget later with the release of the Summer Economic Statement.
It’s expected to contain details of possible tax cuts and spending increases.
But it’s feared that promises to upgrade our infrastructure could lead to the Government dipping into our savings.
Minister Donohoe says that’s not an option.
