Community activists in Tipperary Town are taking matters into their own hands when it comes to noise and air pollution.
Thousands of heavy goods vehicles pass through the main street every day and there have been repeated calls for the environmental impact of this to be measured.
The March4Tipp Group has purchased scientific monitoring equipment and will be engaging with businesses and residents along the route to identify suitable premises and houses to install the equipment.
