The IDs, phones and laptops of Kevin Kilty and Steven Martin were seized last Sunday by police investigating the ticket scandal.
Both men gave evidence to police yesterday – spending four hours answering the questions of detectives.
Authorities say they don't believe Mr Kilty and Mr Martin were involved in the touting.
A judge is due to decide if their passports will be released to them.
