TDs will decide whether to appeal the Apple tax ruling today.
A day long Dáil debate on the Government decision to appeal is continuing with a vote later tonight.
Fine Gael, Fianna Fáil and Labour want to try to have the European Commission decision over turned.
Sinn Féin is against the move, while the Independents have yet to make a final decision.
Despite the opposition from Sinn Féin and smaller parties the Government will win the vote with the support of Fianna Fáil.
