Senator Ted Cruz was booed off stage at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland Ohio overnight.
Mr Trump stole the spotlight with an impromptu appearance at the back of the hall while Mr Cruz was speaking – and he's expected to remain the focus of attention when he officially accepts the Republican candidacy with a major speech tonight.
