Tests are being carried out on two more sets of body parts found in the Wicklow Mountains yesterday.
Gardaí say the first discoveries over the weekend were the remains of a man in his twenties, who died violently.
Yesterday’s finds were at Glenmacnass Waterfall, and at Lough Bray Lower.
Extra members of the defence forces are being brought in to help Gardaí search the mountainous region today.
