The men – aged 25 and 52 – were arrested after a raid on a house in Donaghmede Park in north Dublin on Saturday.
Gardaí seized approximately 300 kilos of cannabis resin, 8 kilos of cannabis herb and 1 kilo of cocaine during the operation.
The men are due before Dublin District Court at 10.30 am this morning.
