Tipperary County Council granted permission for the 7 houses at Moangarriff in late July.
This followed a lengthy planning process which began way back in November 2015.

The approval was subsequently appealed to An Bord Pleanala in August.
This appeal has been withdrawn with the way now clear for construction to begin on the site to the east of Clonmel.
