The Tipperary born Chief Executive of the Immigrant Council of Ireland is calling for action to be taken to tackle racism in Ireland.
They also want the government to ratify the European Convention on Cybercrime, which includes online hate.
Roscrea native Brian Killoran says the Immigrant Council is also proposing a number of ways in which the public can address the problem.
