Busy day for regions Emergency Departments

Hospital Emergency Departments serving County Tipperary are being stretched once again today.

According to the latest Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation figures there are 12 patients waiting on trolleys at South Tipperary General Hospital in Clonmel.

University Hospital Limerick, which covers North Tipperary, has 32 people awaiting admission while at University Hospital Waterford there are 30 patients on chairs or trolleys.
