James Bannon's votes – of over 7 thousand – will now be distributed between the remaining candidates; Peter Burke of Fine Gael who looks set to take the third seat, as well as Labour’s Willie Penrose and Sinn Féin’s Paul Hogan who will fight for the last seat.
