The 57 year old was shot dead in his car outside his house in the Old Mill estate in Ratoath on the 23rd of March.
A man in his mid 40's, from Dublin, was arrested yesterday afternoon.

He's being questioned at Ashbourne Garda station.
Mr Duggan's murder is believed to be linked to the ongoing feud between the rival Hutch and Kinahan families.
