Ancient East signage established across Tipp

Efforts to promote Tipperary's many attractions as part of Ireland's Ancient East have been making progress in recent weeks.

Signs promoting the Premier's historic sites have been placed at key locations in a bid to entice tourists to spend longer in the county.

They have been erected at the Rock of Cashel as well as Cahir, Nenagh, Roscrea and Ormonde Castle.

Fáilte Ireland's head of Ireland's Ancient East Jenny De Saulles says the “orientation signs” will play a key part in highlighting what Tipperary has to offer.
