The company is contracted to carry out repairs on behalf of Tipperary County Council – and most of the complaints related to the length of time it takes for these repairs to happen.
Meanwhile it's also being called on to employ subcontractors to speed up repairs to public lighting in the County…there are just 4 employees dealing with call outs in Tipperary and neighbouring counties.
Cashel Councillor Tom Wood says taking on local electricians could speed up the process.
