Age Action call for improved services for older people

That's according to Age Action who are calling for the Government to urgently increase investment in home care in Budget 2017.

Sixteen different organisations including ALONE, Family Cares Ireland and Age Action have come together to campaign for a major increase in funding.

Justin Moran of Age Action says the difference that appropriate home care can make to a family cannot be underestimated.
