Advice for students on CAO offers

The CAO offers are out today with more than 52-thousand people getting an offer to study at third level.

In all 1,880 offers were made to Tipperary students.

Demand has gone up for courses connected to the construction sector, like architecture and engineering.

While the popularity of Arts degrees has gone down.

Professor Chris Morash is the Vice-Provost of Trinity College Dublin – he says you should study whatever interests you – regardless of the points.

Meanwhile, speaking on Tipp Today, Terry Twomey Vice President and Registrar of LIT says there's always something for everybody so don't panic.
