Those are just two of the 11 common sense tips issued today by The Department of Foreign Affairs for Republic of Ireland fans heading to the European Cup finals in France this summer.
It's advising members of the Green Army to bring a European Health Insurance Card and take out comprehensive travel insurance.
It's also suggesting that those travelling give their details to the department's Citizen Registration facility, in case of an emergency.
And of course, fans are being told to “steer clear of trouble, drink responsibly and behave respectfully when engaging with local law enforcement agencies”.
