The Taoiseach’s response to the tracker mortgage scandal has been described as ‘nonsense’ by a Tipperary TD.
Leo Varadkar yesterday said that anyone with evidence of a crime committed by banks should report it to the Gardaí.
However he also said he did not have the power to send in Gardaí.
