559 patients are waiting on trolleys at hospitals across the country.
University Hospital Limerick is once again the worst affected with 69 people without beds.
That’s followed by 64 at Cork University Hospital, and 64 at University Hospital Galway.
South Tipp General in Clonmel has 38 people being cared for on trolleys today while there are 8 patients without a bed at Nenagh Hospital.
