22 new houses are set to be built in an existing housing estate in Nenagh.
Singland Homes Ltd have been granted planning permission for the houses at Springfort.
The development will consist of 20 four bedroom, 2 storey houses and two 2 bedroom single story houses over 4 plots.
Tipperary County Council have this week granted permission for the work subject to 14 conditions.
