It's reported today that North Tipperary T.D Michael Lowry has failed to declare interests in lands in the UK which could be worth €10 million.
According to the Irish Examiner the Independent Deputy co-owns a 25 acre site near Wigan.
The land just off the M6 is apparently due to have its zoning upgraded early next year.
Since 2003 the land has been registered in the names of Michael Lowry and his business partner Liam Carroll.
The Irish Examiner claims the property has not appeared on Michael Lowry's register of members interests in the Dail.
