A decision will be made later on whether to move a million people from their homes on the South Carolina coast as Hurricane Matthew heads towards the U.S.
The storm has already killed at least 11 people as it made its way across the Caribbean.
Before arriving near the United States coast on Friday, it's expected to hit the Bahamas tomorrow.
