A man is due to appear in court this afternoon charged in connection with the murder of Shane Rossiter.
The 30 year old – who was from Clonmel – was shot dead in October at a house in the West Tipp village of Golden.
Ten people were arrested last week in connection with his killing – eight men and two women – aged from their early 20's to early 40's.
Last night, Gardaí charged a 29 year old man in connection with his killing – he's due to appear at a special sitting of Clonmel District Court at 12.30pm.
Two other men are still being questioned in relation to the murder – all others have since been released without charge.
