Tipp Today – Tuesday 6th February 2018

In the first hour of this mornings Tipp Today we spoke to a Clonmel woman in relation to the Housing Issue. We then spoke to residents from Thurles who have been affected by parking on match days. We also spoke to Ralph Riegel about the latest developments in the ‘Kerry Babies’ case. We then had a caller who spoke about the homelessness topic and the amount of houses free in Tipperary.

In the second hour of this mornings Tipp today we had our Legal Slot with John Lynch Solicitors. We spoke to Cllr Martin Browne in relation to the government being called on to stop the sale of Sean Ross Abbey in Roscrea. We then spoke to another Terryglass resident who told us how yesterdays actions went. We also spoke to Dancing with the Stars contestant Allanah Beirne to hear about her performance this week.

In the final hour of this mornings Tipp Today we were joined by Kay Spillane and Eddie Golden who told us about their upcoming fundraiser. We spoke to a caller about landlords rights and then spoke to a caller about parking tickets in Clonmel. We heard from a teacher in the Ursuline Thurles, Siobhan Hackett , about her book ‘Heroes-Touching Hearts and Minds’. We had another caller speaking about parking at Semple Stadium. We also spoke to a Tipperary Business woman taking part in Extreme Zip Line challenge to raise money for the ISPCC.
