The public are being asked to allow the elderly and vulnerable to have sole access to Inch Field in Cahir for an hour each morning.
Councillor Andy Moloney joined Fran on Tipp Today earlier about how he is asking those who normally walk there to either change their time or use a different route to allow for this.
