Cashel’s Martin Browne lost his seat this weekend as a second Sinn Fein candidate entered the Cashel-Tipperary LEA – his good friend Tony Black, who was then elected.
Martin Browne is one of six outgoing Cllrs to fail to keep their seat, and he spoke to Fran on Tuesday.
