In North Tipperary Clr Seamie Morris who is a postman in Nenagh says the problem is rife across communities nationwide and the lack of garda resources truly make it a losing battle.

Cashel community activist Martin Browne says its essential mental health services are restored to South Tipperary and treatment centres for all opened in the county.

“Helen” then got in touch and she is trying to find help for her son who is caught up in drugs but says she keeps getting bounced from one service provider to another.
