Ros na Cronan in Ashbury has been left abandoned for several years after problems with the development led to the residents moving away.
In 2014, there were reports the County Council had bought the 12 houses with a view to fix them up and use them for social housing…but that deal fell through and they were sold on to another party.
However, the new owners are in the process of refurbishing the houses and clearing the site.
