16-year-old Adam Swords, was last seen in Dungarvan at around 4pm in on the 28th February.
Adam is described as being 5 foot 5 inches tall, of medium build, with blue eyes and dark blonde/light brown hair.
When last seen he was wearing dark blue jeans, light blue cream jumper and blue runners.
Anyone who has seen Adam or who can assist in locating him is asked to contact Dungarvan Garda Station.
