Gardaí have launched an investigation into how plans to charge 20 protestors, including Socialist TD Paul Murphy, over the incident in Jobstown were leaked to the media.
The Dublin South West politician has already lodged formal complaints with the force, GSOC and the DPP on the matter.
Paul Kiernan was one of the people arrested in February; he says he doesn't think the sit-down protest that blocked the Tánaiste’s car was any different to other protests that took place over the years.
