The two had become stranded on the mountains after they encountered bad weather yesterday evening.
They were located by a search party at around 3am this morning, given food and drinks and walked down to the road near Kilcoran.
This is the second incident of people getting lost on the mountains in the last seven days that Mountain Rescue have had to search for.
