Convent Road, Old Bridge, Knocklofty Bridge, Coleville Road – remains closed
The Dungarvan Road from the Applegreen Garage to Finger Post Junction – remains closed
The quays in Clonmel town centre remains closed, while there is serious flooding in the Kilganey area.
Elsewhere and R668 Cahir to Ballylooby Road in the townland of Scartanna is closed to traffic due to flooding.

The N65 at Carrighorig is closed. R438 at Anglers Rest on Borrisokane to Athlone Road is closed. L-1111 Nenagh to Capparoe is also closed.
