The Thomas McDonagh Heritage Centre in Cloughjordan will receive €3,500, while the Old School at the Commons Ballingarry has been granted €3,000.
This money will go towards the conservation of the McDonagh museum collection in Cloughjordan and in Ballingarry it will go towards the Mining museum project.
They are part of 197 heritage projects which have been successful nationwide the news has been welcomed by Junior Agriculture Minister and Tipperary TD Tom Hayes.
