Tipperary properties feature in latest Allsops sale.

Among the commercial and residential buildings included in the Allsops Auction are an unfinished housing estate in Dundrum as well as units containing a pharmacy and a bookmakers.

In all 5 Tipperary properties are open for bids in today's sale. A further two – a petrol station and grocery store in Knockavilla have been withdrawn.

The Tipperary lot with the biggest price tag is 68 O'Connell Street in Clonmel which is currently occupied by pharmacy chain Mulligans which has a lease until 2028. That building has a minimum reserve of €675,000.

Another investment property up for sale is 14 Bank Place in Tipperary Town – which is currently leased by Boyle Sports and that has a starting reserve of €140,000.

Several residential units in the Premier County will also go under the hammer and they include 1-10 Coopers Close in Ballagh – an unfinished estate with a minimum price tag of €100,000 for the lot,  Ballyfin House in Borrisokane which comprises of 9 one and two bedroom apartments with a reserve of €90,000 – while a third residential estate in Newport has a minimum reserve of €115,000.
