Tipperary house prices on the rise.

Average asking prices for a house in Tipperary grew by 7 per cent in the first three months of this year compared to the same period in 2014.

The average house price in the Premier County is now €144,000 – 10% above its lowest price.

Asking prices nationally increased by 4-point-6 per cent in the first quarter according to the latest report by Daft.ie.

It shows a return to price growth, following a 1 per cent fall in the final quarter of last year.

For the first time in 4 years, quarterly growth prices in Dublin were slower than elsewhere in the country.
