Tipperary County Council will open a Book of Condolence following the passing of Shane MacGowan.
It will open at 9.30am on Monday next at each Civic and Municipal District Office in Tipperary and will remain open for one week.
A Book of Condolence will also be made available online at www.tipperarycoco.ie
