The Irish Farmers Journal annual Agricultural Land Price Report shows the average price per acre in the Premier County was €10,287 in 2015….down from just short of 12,000 a year earlier.
However this is still significantly over the national average of €8,914 in 2015.
Property Editor with the Farmers Journal Shirley Busteed says there's quite a healthy market in the Premier County.
